Every Monday we will be inviting you to join our new sessions! We've got a morning of yoga, or crafts & soft play for the little ones. We're creating a relaxed space for anyone to join as we know how tricky it can be to find welcoming places that suit all ages during the winter months.

About the event
Yoga (Ages 10 to Adult) | 11:45am-12:30pm
A friendly, inclusive yoga session where older children, teens, and adults are all welcome.
Capacity: Minimum 6 to go ahead
Pre-booking essential for session
Under 10s: Craft & Soft Play
Our activity room and soft play areas will be open for younger children to enjoy while parents relax nearby.
